The following briefly describes our management team:

Jason Yoo

Mr. Yoo founded JDDA National Corporation in Houston, Texas in 1979 to provide janitorial services.
Under his leadership, JDDA grew to provide services up to six states.
He led JDDA from zero revenues at startup to $15 million by 1995.
He still directs the daily operations and manages business maturation of JDDA.
Mr. Yoo envisioned providing all types of business services, including construction cleanup 
(i.e. Toyota Center, Reliant Stadium, Hilton Convention Hotel, Texas Children’s Hospital)
and later in 2001 he created JDDA Construction Inc.
JDDA was ranked in Top 25 largest area minority-owned business in Houston since 1995.
Mr. Yoo was appointed by then-Mayor Lee Brown to serve on the Asian Trade Advisory Board
and as a Board Member of Houston 2012 Olympic Committee.

Daniel Yoo
Assistant to the President / Financial Vice President
Mr. Daniel Yoo offers his assistance to the presidency of the company in a number of company matters
as HBS National and JDDA Building Serviceshave escalated to other areas of the industry.
At the same time, he offers a professional and solid Financial direction of both companies by providing sound controls and directives of proven financial and commercial practices.

Micheal McLane
Corporate Safety Administrator/Operation Manager
Mr. McLane has over 18 years of experience in janitorial service management.
He has experience in several positions, including Project Manager, Facilities Services Coordinator,
Operations Manager, Assistant Director, Regional Manager, and Corporate Safety Administrator.
One source of his management training and knowledge come from his education at
The University of Texas High Performance Management and The U.S. Military Advanced Leadership Training,
as well as multiple years of work experience.
Currently, his primary duties at JDDA involve operations, quality control, public relations, and safety issues.
Mr. McLane is an OSHA 30-hour certified instructor with certification in CPR/AED and First aid.
He is certified in Executive Housekeeper including extensive experience in hospital housekeeping systems management.
A couple of his largest operations were:
Monsanto World Headquarters in St. Louis and the Savannah River Site in South Carolina, both under JDDA in the 1990s.

Timothy Kim
Business Development Manager
Mr. Kim graduated from the University of Houston-Central with B.S. degrees in Psychology and Marketing.
Mr. Kim offers to JDDA fudamentals in the process and searching of business networking combined with market information management.
In an environment as demanding as this industry, coordination and deployment of information is vital for the marketting, sales and promotion
of our company. Mr. Kim serves as the central coordination hub linking a number of departments within JDDA Building Service such as
Operations, Marketing, Training, Sales, Safety and Financial among others.

Meline "T-Boy" Dempster
LA Area Manager/Project Manager
Mr. Dempster has been working for HBS since 1994 as the overall supervisor at the Shell Norco Complex in Louisiana.
He is responsible for the Operation of the Louisiana Area managing the following sites:
  1. Shell Chemical (West Site),
  2. Motiva Refining (East Site) and
  3. Shell Chemical St. Rose
Thanks to the quality and professionalism of Mr.Dempster he has earned the following awards:
  1. Motiva Preferred Partner in Quality (1998),
  2. Shell Norco Complex Partner in Quality (1997)
  3. Shell Norco Complex Preferred Partner in Quality in Quality (1996) and
  4. Shell Norco Complex Supplier of the Year (1996)
Jeanne D. Lauve
Project Manager / Safety Supervisor
Ms. Lauve has over 10 years of experience in the janitorial field with the majority of those years cleaning chemical companies.
She has experience as a production manager, office manager, marketing director, supervisor, and safety manager.
Her experience with chemical companies and refineries makes Ms. Lauve ideal for the safety manager position.
She supervises 50 employees and is trained in hazardous materials.
Ms. Lauve is certified in OSHA Stardard 1910 (General Industry Safety & Health).
She was instrumental in helping HBS National Corp. receive the Safety Excellence Award for three consecutive years (2002-2004)
for Outstanding Safety Performance at the Shell Norco Chemical Plant and the Motiva Norco Refinery.
She handles all safety operations in Louisiana.

Francisco Chaparro
Marketing Director
Mr. Chaparro brings to JDDA Building Services an important and vibrant tone for the marketing/Sales effort.
With a clear vision of what this industry requires, Mr. Chaparro promotes and delivers new concepts
and fresh ideas to both current and future customers.
His purpose is to drive the company to new territories and new challenges that promotes growth and marker penetration.

Ralph Mendez
Project Manager
Mr. Mendez has been in the janitorial service industry for over 15 years.  He is currently the project manager for HBS/JDDA for Texas Components Corporation,
New South Parking at Hobby Airport, and Westchase Property Management.
Previously, he was the Project Manager for HBS/JDDA for the Du Pont facility in La Porte, Texas.
His team had earned Excellence Awards from Du Pont and accolades from the State of Texas for their zero defects work ethics.
Mr. Mendez has had years of experience as an operations manager, supervisor, and facilities maintenance technician.
He is very particular and demanding of himself and his crew in hard-work ethic and the quality of service.
His honest, fair, straightforward yet demanding approach to managing his crew, as well as his strong belief in treating them well,
resulted in getting the best effort and respect from his workers.

Kevin Khong
Payroll Manager
Mr. Khong is responsible for the processing and validation of all payroll related items and assists
directly to the HR department solving and coordinating employee relations, background verification
and validation, documentation and pre-selection of personnel.
In addition to this, he is directly responsible for the processing and distribution of the
company's payroll both internal and external. Mr. Khong's performance is central to the working front
of the company and he certainty offers a service to the employee community.

Tony Buitureida
Project Manager - Marathon Refinery Texas City
Originally from Brownsville, Texas, Tony brings to JDDA Building Services a professional background
reflecting over 30 years of management experience with a proven track record in supervision,
risk management, cost control purchasing and inventory management.

Gilberto Estrada
Area Manager
Mr. Estrada has a sound experience in the janitorial service industry with over 12 years close the real action.
He has achieved a solid knowledge in the fields of Floor Techniques for Concrete, Stone,
Ceramic and Tile, Cleaning Agents and Carpet Maintenance among the principal areas of his performance.
Mr. Estrada manages an important personnel component of the company providing solutions and keeping
highly satisfied customers in the Houston area.
